How is a rigid box different from a folding carton?
A rigid box uses a formed board structure, while a folding carton is supplied in a foldable carton format. The right option depends on the product, presentation, storage and delivery brief.
Can you quote magnetic, drawer and lid-and-base boxes?
Yes. Share the preferred structure, product dimensions and quantity. Construction, closure and finishing are specified in the quotation.
What is the minimum order for printed rigid boxes?
The minimum order for printed and packaging items is 500 pieces. List quantities per size and design.
How do I specify an insert for several items?
Send the dimensions and arrangement of each item, with a sample where available. Board, paper or other insert options are scoped against the brief.
Which decorative finishes can be discussed?
Lamination, foil, embossing and spot UV can be considered with the board, wrap and artwork. The quote confirms the compatible finish and tooling included.
Are these boxes suitable for gifting and product launches?
Rigid presentation boxes can be briefed for gifts or launches. Tell us the contents, presentation needs and delivery handling so the empty packaging structure can be specified.
Can I review a physical sample?
A physical sample before bulk production can be included in the quotation. Agree the sample format, cost and approval stage before production.
What if your QC finds a production defect?
